The Tire Garage & Auto Repair

They took great care of me! I needed to get a used car looked at, and they were very thorough and kind. Super responsive and could see me right away. And the cost was more than reasonable - great value for money. Strongly recommend!

Pablo was so helpful from the very beginning. It’s rare to come across a genuine human who wants to help and goes the extra mile. Thank you, Pablo! We will be back!

We had a terrible experience here. Our tire suddenly went flat on the freeway, and we barely made it to this shop with 0 PSI left. Their posted closing time is 4 PM, but when we arrived around 3 PM, the staff simply told us, “We’re closed,” and refused to help, even after we explained our emergency situation. We were left stranded with no support. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Pablo’s attention to detail is unmatched. Every installation he has performed I have seen him and his team go above and beyond his customers expectations. I highly recommend as he is well versed in all things automotive. Anything from performance to offroad capabilities, he will take great care of you and your vehicle!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. I chose them based on their 4.7-star Google rating and numerous positive reviews, but my visit was far from satisfactory. I brought my car in for alignment and tire balancing, but the process was mismanaged from the start. Without informing me, Pablo took my car to another facility for the alignment while I waited outside, unaware of what was happening. I spent five hours waiting, only to learn later that my car had been taken elsewhere, a fact they were reluctant to disclose. When I inquired about the alignment results, I was only provided with an invoice and charged for a diagnostic fee that wasn’t performed properly. Additionally, the paperwork was handled in a way that concealed the location where the alignment was actually done. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure they fully understand the quality of service they are paying for here. Good luck to Pablo and his team—I hope they improve their practices.
